Services & Fees

How our fees work: Unlike many firms, we do not charge by the hour or by the form. We provided upfront pricing which means you will know and agree to our fee prior to us beginning any work or you making any commitment. Once we have all or at least all material information required to prepare the return or project we determine our fee based on your unique tax and accounting needs. Fees come down to the time it will take us to prepare, review, and finalize the return or project based on the complexity of the services needed. We ask for 50% of the fee prior to beginning any work and the balance when we provide you with a draft. We DO NOT offer refund anticipation loans.

Hourly Services‎

Attorney Consultation

Personal Tax Return Preparation & Filing‎‎

Personal Federal Income Tax Preparation.
Minimum Fee is $350.
1040 return and related statements, including the cost of e-filing*.

Personal Federal Income Tax Preparation with Schedule C or E (Business or Rental).
Minimum Fee is $475.
1040 return and related statements, including the cost of e-filing*.

Personal Federal AMENDED Income Tax Preparation.
Minimum fee is $475.
Amended 1040 return and related statements, including the cost of e-filing (if possible)*.

Personal State Income Tax Preparation.
Minimum fee is $200.
Return and all related forms, including the cost of e-filing*.

Business Tax Return Preparation & Filing‎‎

Business Federal Income Tax Preparation
Minimum fee is $750.
Form 1120s and all related forms, including the cost of e-filing*.
Minimum fee is $900.
Form 1120, Form 1065, and all related forms, including the cost of e-filing*.

Business State Income Tax Preparation.
Minimum fee $500.
Return and all related forms, including the cost of e-filing*.

Tax Exempt Federal Return Preparation.
Minimum Fee $950.
Form 990’s and all related forms, including the cost of e-filing*.

Sales Tax Return Preparation.
$275 per filing.
Per state, per filing.

Annual Federal 1099 Filing Preparation
$275 for filings Up to 5 Contractors.
$10 for each additional contractor.

*Does not include audit support and bookkeeping services.
There are additional fees for maintaining clients’ QuickBooks, importing bank transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, going through bank statements, and sorting numerous documents and receipts in order to prepare the financial statements  (Income Statement & Balance Sheet). This is required to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for businesses. This additional will be separately stated. This is where we can work with you to minimize fees and give you options to make this easier and more affordable for you.  We provide tax basis bookkeeping services in-house, if needed we will refer to a qualified bookkeeper.

The average per quarter is $750 – $2,250
